This guitar has an all maple Boat Shape neck that has a thick V cut towards the headstock and a smooth transition to a rounded and more flat radius towards the body, making it very comfortable from the first fret to the last.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e The body is made from swamp ash and is incredibly resonant, which makes sense because this guitar weighs in at around 6 and a half pounds!\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e One of the most notable features of this guitar is the Lollar Imperial humbucker at the neck that really gives this guitar a wide range of tone. In reviews it is consistently given high marks for its balanced frequency response. Unbalanced coils keep the bottom end tight for the amount of fullness the pickup has, overtones build after each note is played.
